简述启发性教学原则及其实施要求。
启发性原则也称启发创造原则，是指教师在教学中最大限度地调动学生学习的积极性和自觉性，激发他们的创造性思维，从而使学生在融会贯通掌握知识的同时，充分发展自己的创造能力与创造性人格。 实施要求：
(1)调动学生学习的主动性，这是启发的首要问题。
(2)启发学生独立思考，发展学生的逻辑思维能力。
(3)让学生动手，培养独立解决问题的能力。
(4)发扬教学民主。
