当前中国消费品供需正面临着结构性失衡：一方面衣服鞋帽等传统的中低端消费品供给严重过剩，价格持续下滑；另一方面，高品质消费品供给不足。针对当前的经济发展状况．2015年中央经济工作会议指出，2016年及今后一个时期，要在适度扩大总需求的同时．着力加强供给侧结构性改革。

(1)生产决定消费。生产决定消费对象、消费的质量和水平。只有进行供给侧结构性改革，生产人们所需要的商品，同时重视效率和质量，才能满足人们的消费需求，提高人们的生活水平。 (2)消费对生产具有反作用。消费对生产的升级具有导向作用。目前我国中低端消费品供给过剩，高端产品供给不足，进行供给侧结构性改革，通过创新淘汰落后产能，提升竞争力，生产适销对路的产品，利于商家顺利让渡使用价值，从而增加获利，为生产提供资金支持，同时促进新的产业的发展。

Once upon a time，there was a very old man．There were two mountains near his house．They were so big and high that it took a long way to walk to the other side．The old man told his family that they should all help him to move the mountains．
