这是一封邀请信，由于邮件的目的为邀请外教担任口语比赛评委，因此邮件中应包含比赛方面的相关事宜，比方说比赛时间、地点，比赛前需做准备等。最后应表示感谢或期待之情。
在形式方面要注意三个基本内容：称呼、正文、敬语和署名。由于被邀请者为外教，因此要考虑到不要用过于随便的语言，但又因为是电子邮件也不宜过于正式。最好做到既传达出主要内容，又言简意赅。
